1. Digital Products All products sold by Philberg Group are digital products. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive instant access to your digital content via email.

2. No Refund Policy All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any digital products.

Due to the instant digital delivery and nature of our products, all purchases are non-refundable once the order is confirmed and access has been granted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that you are not entitled to a refund.

This is in accordance with EU consumer rights legislation, which provides an exemption from the right of withdrawal for digital content that has been made available immediately upon purchase, provided the consumer has given prior consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

3. Access & Delivery Your access link will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Philberg Group is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filters.

4. Intellectual Property All content, templates, and materials provided by Philberg Group are for personal or internal business use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of our digital products is strictly prohibited.
